This is me, Emad. I grew up with my Dad having multiple businesses the main being a Real Estate Agency and Developers since 1987 and others included our own Quarries and Crushers for construction stone , Tipper trucks to run these materials to clients .It was amazing to be on site see the concrete being poured in and things coming to shape from the drawings and models of the architect to real-life.

In my corporate career have had the pleasure to work for some amazing companies like , IHG hotels, Oberoi Hotels , Taj Hotels, Warwick University , De Vere Hotels, Aramark to name a few. And lately have spent nearly 9 years with Accor hotels.Lastly I have been managing hotels with turnover of more than £5M.

In 2015 I started my 1st Project which was to split land title. In between 2016 & 2018 I took up another challenge in Ireland and Manchester so that kept me occupied refurbishing and re-launching a 150 and 239 bedroom property /hotel and revaluing at the end to increase the value for the owners and selling them on.

In Late 2018 I bought my 1st Residential property in the UK which was a great back to brick project on a Victorian house and we completed that in April 2019 with amazing results.

End of 2018 I decided to do more in property so been growing my network locally in UK in the property circle and also did a Inner circle program with Saj Hussain in 2019 to get educated with the real estate terminologies in UK and the different strategies used . Above all it gave me access to an amazing power team and colleagues who are extremely helpful and a support network.
